Blue Eagles FC came from behind to beat Civil Sporting Club 2-1 on Saturday in the TNM Super league at Nankhaka Stadium

Eagles have dislodged Kamuzu Barracks on third position on the standings courtesy of goal difference of two.
They have 39 points after playing 21 games while Civil are on position five with 34 points from 22 games.
In an interview with malawifootball.com, team manager for Civil, Gabriel Chirwa accepted the defeat.
“We have lost because it wasn’t our day and the boys did not play according to instructions,” Chirwa said.
Eagles assistant coach Wilson Chidati said his team was the better side of the day.
“We are very happy because we have won against tough side and it was not easy game,”he said.
The servants, were one man short after Nickson Mwase received straight red card for a foul Gilbert Chirwa.
